I am so thrilled to say that lately, I have discovered 2 “peanut-free” cake/cupcake shops in my area (thank you to the Metro-Vancouver Anaphylaxis Support Groups coordinator). And I have tested both these places.

I am so in love with the Clever Cupcakes. They were so friendly, very helpful, and were able to assure that their products were as safe as could be. The owners son is severely allergic to peanuts and nuts, so that was their inspiration. They are also made free of artificial flavourings, colours and more. Fantastic!

To anyone in the Coquitlam area, allergic or not please try them out. They are ever so tasty! I ordered a few dozen of their mini-cupcakes for my husbands 30th and they were a real crowd pleaser.
